The room is good-sized and newly renovated with fabulous views of lake. The location is marvellous and stunning, 2 miles from Paugus Bay Lake. The hotel is in downtown area, close to supermarket and restaurants and Weirs Beach, Bank of NH Pavillon, and all that Lake Winnipesaukee offers. They serve great food, have variety of options to choose from.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Birch Knoll Motel. I felt right at home in the good-sized and beautifully maintained rooms. They included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator, and a seating area. I couldn't recommend this great hotel more.

Amazing location! We stayed for 2 days and everything was great. It's right by the concert venue and other cool attractions, which was awesome. Our whole experience here was fantastic. Definitely recommend it! 🌟

The room was beautifully maintained and modern. I had a good night's sleep. - the location by Naswa, Weirs Beach, supermarket, concert venue, and other attractions was marvelous. - Nazbar & Grill was only a 10-15 minute walk away from the hotel.

The location of the motel is ideal, as it is right across from the lake and fairly close to Weirs beach. Additionally, it is very close to the center of the city, making it convenient for exploring all the sites we were hoping to see. The rooms were clean and well-kept, with access to a grill and recreation room. The owner was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.
